1.0 FREELANCER MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS
FindMy.Team offers several membership programs for Freelancers, Consultancies and Project Owners (sometimes referred to as ‘Clients’ or ‘Employers’. For purposes of this Agreement, “Member” or “you” means a Freelancer or Consultancy participating in a membership program.
Membership of the site allows Freelancers and Consultancies to bid for project work from Project Owners and manage communications and payments between the Freelancer/Consultancy and Owner. For the avoidance of doubt, registering as a User with FindMy.Team does not mean you enter into a contract of employment with FindMy.Team or it’s owner, Black and White Trading Ltd. Our role is to facilitate relationships between Freelancers/Consultancies and Project Owners. We charge advertising fees to Project Owners and deduct a facilitation fee from payments by Project Owners to Freelancers/Consultancies as set out in our Fee and Automated Transfer Authorization Agreement.
No refunds of fees already paid will be given. If FindMy.Team exercises its right to cancel a membership, FindMy.Team will not refund the membership fee already paid.
Where applicable, FindMy.Team may also collect Taxes (such as value added tax (VAT) in Europe) on membership fees and the cost for Connects, as set forth in the User Agreement.
3.0 MEMBERSHIP AND PROJECT FEE PAYMENTS
You must pay and receive your FindMy.Team membership and project fees through your FindMy.Team Escrow Account. The membership billing period begins on the date that FindMy.Team receives payment. FindMy.Team fees are calculated from the beginning of that billing period. You irrevocably authorize and instruct FindMy.Team to make any required payments, deductions and refunds to FindMy.Team our service providers and Project Owners on your behalf.
4.0 CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP FEES AND SERVICES
FindMy.Team may, without notice, from time to time change the fees and services provided on this site including, but not limited to introducing a paid Freelancer membership scheme and altering fee levels.
